Full-Service questions
Do you take on renovations?
Only major renovations where the whole interior is being redesigned, from KES 3 million in fit out and furnishing value. We do not take on single rooms or cosmetic refreshes.
Why is a quantity surveyor part of the service?
Because budgets are lost in small decisions. The QS prices the design before work starts and checks every payment against work actually done.
Can you find and manage the contractors for me?
Yes. We tender the work to contractors from our vetted panel, recommend the right fit and manage them to handover. Contractors are paid at agreed milestones, once our quantity surveyor has valued the work and our design lead has checked its quality. A portion is held back until final snags are cleared. You deal with one studio.
Do you manage projects designed by someone else?
No. We manage what we design. That is how we stay accountable for the result.
