Which service is right for me?

TVB™ is for ground up builds, from land, before an architect is appointed. Full-Service suits a completed shell, or a build where the architect is already on board. SORCD Select suits anyone choosing finishes, starting with tiles, at fixed showroom prices.

What size of project do you take on?

Full-Service projects start from KES 3 million in fit out and furnishing value. TVB™ projects start from KES 10 million in total build value, including interior fit out. These figures are the value of the work, not our design fee. Our fee is quoted separately once we understand the scope.

How is your fee set?

We scope the project first, then quote a fixed design fee. Quantity surveying and project management are set out clearly in the proposal.

What does a project cost overall?

It depends on size, finishes and how much is built in. We help you set a realistic budget before design begins.

Do you work outside Nairobi?

Across Kenya, including upcountry and the coast. Travel beyond Nairobi is quoted separately.
